(Johann Reinhart Zieger), speaking German and English, is living in Siem Reap Angkor.
His work is based on research in Angkor which started in 2000, and his experience both as a private Angkor guide and as an instructor of tour guides in Angkor, Thailand and Burma (Myanmar).
It also takes into account all extensive titles about Angkor published within the last fifteen years.
Besides the website angkorguide.net, he has produced Angkor Brief Guide with Map , a leaflet.
The German Angkor guide book, Angkor und die Tempel der Khmer , was published in Chiang Mai, Thailand, 2006.

Reinhart's tours make a stimulating introduction.
He will present the monuments of Angkor in their historical context.
He can also organize trips to remote locations, like Beng Mealea, Koh Ker, Preah Vihear, Sambor Prei Kuk, or Banteay Chhmar.
You don't need any previous knowledge.

We start early in the morning and make a real noon break.

Fee for guiding - single guests or groups - one day: 200 USD, one morning or one afternoon: 100 USD.
Three days introduction to Angkor, covering the highlights: 600 USD, including Angkor Brief Guide with Map..

Reinhart will also go along with you to remote sites, without fee.

(SOEUN Chamnan) is a very experienced Angkor Guide of stoupendous knowledge.
Speaking Khmer, English & German. He has re-discovered several hidden temple sites. Fee: $ 40/day.
